Official Gazette expiration notices - 2007 week no. 45

The Official Gazette published this week includes maintenance fee related expiration notices for 1333 patents. We have added a comment indicating the expired status to the FizzDisplay for each of these patents.

    Our original post announcing the expiration notices features includes a few links to patents that include such notices. You can view that post here.

    Basically, the expiration notice shows up as a comment on the patent’s FizzDisplay page. The comment includes a link to the Official Gazette notice regarding the expiration - providing one-click verification of the expiration.
